Trail Sections

We are still working on maps for the various trail sections. We have started remarking trails beginning at the Santos section.

Santos Trailhead--Located off of 441 north of Belleview, this trail crosses 25th avenue and 95th street to connect with the trails at 110th Street.
The barns @ the Florida Horse Park--There are trails around the horse park.  You are asked not to ride in the dressage arenas.  You are allowed on the cross country course, but jumping is strictly forbidden.  It there is an event on the cross country course, there will be signs posted at the intersections of the trails and the fields and you are asked not to cross the course. 
49th Street Trailhead--Located in Marion Oaks, this trail head has limited parking.  These trails connect to either the Landbridge trails or the trails at Shangri-La.
Land Bridge Trailhead--This trail head has full bathrooms, a wash rack for your horses and a nice large parking area for your rig.  Trails connect to either the Horse Park trails, or cross the bridge over I-75 and ride to 49th street.
Shangri-La Trailhead--Located in Marion Oaks,camping is in the future for this trailhead.  If you want hills and shaded trails this is your trailhead.  There are portable toilets and a wash rack for your horse and ample shaded parking for your rigs.
Ross Prairie Trailhead--This trailhead is off of SR 200, has a small parking area, a nice camping area, full bathrooms, and a wash rack for your horses.  Trails connect to Shangri-La or you can cross 200 and ride to Pruitt.  BE CAREFUL WHEN CROSSING 200--CARS DO NOT SLOW DOWN
Pruitt Trailhead--Located off 484, this trailhead has ample parking but no water for washing your horse.  There is a portable toilet.  The trail out to the woods takes about 20 minutes and is not shaded, but the ride is worth it once you get to the woods.  You can ride the flat or go up on top for a bit of a different ride.
